Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items bought on clearance or "Dollar Finds" sections.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear.
  • Innerwear and intimate items, for hygiene reasons.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +923280162271 within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
  3. Send the item back via the courier we recommend.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers shipping both ways.

6. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible.
