Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation by our team.

3. Delivery Time

• Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Other cities: 3–6 business days after dispatch.
• Remote areas may take slightly longer.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout based on your delivery city. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, our team will share the courier and tracking details with you on WhatsApp or phone.

6. Failed / Refused Deliveries

If a Cash-on-Delivery order is refused at the door without a valid reason, we may restrict future COD orders from the same address or number.
